Vibe
Half conference, half city immersion. Mornings are talks and panels on remote work, AI, entrepreneurship, branding and global citizenship; afternoons are cultural and culinary — pottery, botanical garden tours, wine tasting, cooking classes, a hike; evenings run to jam sessions, a potluck dinner, a gala night and a closing DJ party. Italian coliving operators attend as an industry fair alongside the talks.

Villa Niscemi sits beside Parco della Favorita in Palermo's northern San Lorenzo district, about 20 minutes from the historic centre with a festival shuttle running from Politeama. Afternoon and evening programming moves around central Palermo — markets, palazzi, street food and bars.
Things to do nearby
Palermo draws nomads for a lower cost of living than most of Western Europe, a dense street-food market culture, and Sicilian history layering Arab, Norman, and Baroque architecture.

Getting around
Historic center is walkable but chaotic for driving; a limited bus network covers the rest; airport to center is about 45 minutes by train or bus.

About
A week-long festival that puts Palermo itself in the programme: morning talks, panels and keynotes at Villa Niscemi, a villa on the edge of Parco della Favorita, then afternoons and evenings in the city with local hosts. The organisers keep it to around 100 participants, roughly half locals and half nomads. Accommodation not included — book separately; the festival negotiates discounts with Palermo hotels and hostels, and a shuttle runs from Politeama up to Villa Niscemi, so staying in the historic centre works. The 2026 edition ran March 8–15.
