colivingDB is an independent directory of coliving spaces — editorial coverage compiled from public information, not a paid marketplace or a partner network.
Every space here is included because it's a real coliving that travelers look for — the same way a restaurant appears on Google Maps or a hotel on a review site. A listing is independent editorial coverage based on publicly available information. Being listed does not mean the operator submitted it, pays us, endorses us, or is affiliated with us in any way.
Alongside permanent colivings and dated pop-up editions, the map also carries a small number of nomad festivals — multi-day community events in the same world, marked with their own festival tag so they never mix into the coliving counts or filters.
A few listings don't include a bed — ticket-only festivals, and month-long community chapters where you book your own place to stay. Each one says accommodation not included — book separately, is priced per ticket, and is left out of the monthly price filter so it never sorts against rent.
We do not republish operators' photos or marketing copy. Preview images are the operator's own designated preview image, credited, or photos an operator sends us — if yours appears and you'd like it removed, tell us and we'll do it the same day.
If anything on your listing is wrong — a price, a date, an amenity — use the Feedback button on any page, or the feedback form, and we'll fix it as fast as we can. Accuracy is the whole point of the directory.
Send your current rates, measured WiFi speed, and 2–3 photos (with permission to use them) and we'll update your listing. We're also glad to set up a reader discount code or an affiliate arrangement.
Like other directories, we keep accurate, factual listings of public colivings — inclusion is editorial, and the facts are public. What we will always do: correct any inaccuracy, and remove any content that is genuinely yours (your photos, your written copy, your logo).
